Regular and Student registrations include an individual comfort room as described here:
Conference Accommodation.

All registration categories include:
• Welcome reception "à la Sétoise" on Monday
• 5 lunches & all coffee breaks
• Gala Dinner at ... on ...
• Workshop Excursion (e.g., Canaux de Sète)
• Hard copy and electronic copy of conference abstracts

All prices indicated include VAT.

No cancellations will be refunded.

> Step-By-Step Registration

Whether you are an author or a speaker, you will need to create a “Azur Colloque” account in order to participate in QSIP 2026.

The procedure is as follows:

• Go to the Azur Colloque website: https://dr04.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en

• Select the conference “QSIP 2026” in the “Open Conference” section.

• Enter your email, complete the captcha, and continue with your registration.
